HOW DOES THE RENTAL PROCESS WORK?
Start by having a look through our inventory and pick the items you love. Your options are A La Carte Rentals or choose between one of our Tablescape or full service Wedding Decor Packages. After that, just send us a quick email and let us know what's on your wish list and when you'd like it. Once we determine that your date is available, we'll reserve those items with a rental contract and request a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remainder is due 10 days prior to your event. We accept cheque, email money transfers, and all major credit cards. For certain items, a refundable damage deposit will also accompany your final payment.

What about delivery?
Cost for delivery will vary depending on what items are being rented and the distance traveled. Once you've contacted us with your requested items, we can give you a proper quote. That being said, our inclusive Wedding Decor Packages include delivery to anywhere in our service area.
So what is your service area?
We are based out of scenic Paris, Ontario which is located about 50 kilometres west of Hamilton. We're happy to service much of Southwestern Ontario including, but not limited to the Greater Toronto Area, Niagara, Hamilton, London, Kitchener-Waterloo, Brantford, and surrounding areas.
Can I pick up the items myself?
At Bird & Bee, we deliver our inventory items in order to ensure their safe passage to your event. Many of our items are delicate, and as you can imagine, vintage items are difficult to replace. For this reason, delivery is required. However, some exceptions can be made depending on the items being rented. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis on very small orders.
do you have a minimum rental order amount?
Yes, it's a mere $300 before delivery.
what if i'm looking for something you don't have?
Please let us know! We are also looking for something that we don't have (all the time!) so we'd be more than happy to keep an eye out for that special something.
